La Famiglia is an absolute masterpiece of an Italian restaurant! From the instant you step inside, you are wrapped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels just like coming home to family. The rustic charm, incredible aromas, and top-tier hospitality set the stage for a world-class dining experience. The food is out of this world—every single dish tastes insanely fresh, authentic, and crafted with genuine passion. From the rich, perfectly cooked pasta to the mouthwatering sauces, every bite is pure perfection. The portion sizes are generous, the wine selection pairs flawlessly with the menu, and the staff provides attentive, lightning-fast service with a smile. It is rare to find a place that nailed the vibe, the flavor, and the service so effortlessly. 10/10

This was our first time trying this restaurant, due to the reviews our expectations were high. It was hands down one of the worst pastas we have ever had. I ordered the carbonara and it was disgusting. This was definitely not a genuine Italian meal at all. The meatballs were burnt, and the meat pasta was gross too. I don’t recommend, sadly.

La Famiglia in Miramar is truly one of my favorite restaurants, and every time I visit South Florida (usually three times a year), I make it a point to dine here multiple times. The food is consistently outstanding and captures that authentic Italian flair that keeps me coming back. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed everything from the pizza and baked ziti to the chef’s specials, and every dish has been delicious, generously portioned, and clearly made with care. The flavors are rich and comforting, and you can tell there’s a real passion behind the food. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such consistently excellent meals visit after visit, but La Famiglia does exactly that. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine and a restaurant that feels like a hidden gem, I can’t recommend La Famiglia highly enough. It’s become a tradition every time I’m in South Florida.

The place is unclean. I witnessed the owners being rude to staff. The food is greasy and stale, as if they're just adding fat for flavor while sourcing the ingredients from Walmart. The tables are not cleaned thoroughly, and I also witnessed the owners speak ill of customers in Italian, completeley unaware that I understand the language myself. Truly atrocious experience, this feels like a "before" feature in Kitchen nightmares. I was in shock.

A pretty good restaurant with biggg portions! Homely vibe. The pizza was huge and delicious. Tiramisu was the right balance of pastry and cream. Garlic rolls were awesome when fresh. Ended up taking most of the food home, that lasted me 2 more days! The only disappointment was the chicken entree which was overwhelmingly lemon flavored, but the spaghetti was cooked to perfection. Also, I wouldn't bother with the side salad that comes with the entree, it doesn't add much to your meal & half the veggies are uncut. The plastic bowl it comes in is kind of off-putting. Service is friendly and accommodating, but I would've appreciated less hovering when it came to the bill, because you know the pressure's ON regarding the tip when the server is staring you down lol Either way, will definitely drop by again!
